Please complete a request to perform to be considered for approval as an official act during the Out & About in Essex event taking place Oct. 2 & 3. You must be an approved and scheduled act to receive compensation. As a scheduled entertainer you will be notified of your date, time and location for your performance.

Information for Confirmed Acts Only

These instructions and resources are only for acts confirmed and scheduled to perform during Out & About.

 IMPORTANT DATES:

September 24

Deadline to submit your invoice and IRS form W-9 if you wish to be paid in person during the weekend of the event. Otherwise, your check will be mailed to you after the event.

October 2 & 3

Out & About in Essex!

HOW TO GET PAID:

  1. Only confirmed and scheduled performers may be compensated.
  2. Complete the payment form for confirmed acts.
  3. If you performed with a group would like to receive separate payments, please submit a separate payment form for each person receiving payment. Please ensure that your invoice states only the portion you are to receive of the confirmed amount the band/act is receiving. For example, if your act is confirmed to receive $200 and there are four members of the act receiving equal amounts, be sure your invoice for your portion of the payment is for $50.
  4. If you would like to receive your payment during the weekend of the event, you must submit your payment form no later than September 24th. Otherwise, your check will be mailed to you after the event.
