Tai Chi at Maple Street Park
EJRP has teamed up with a fantastic group of Tai Chi instructors from Age Well in order to provide the community with these FREE programs. All classes have maximum capacities based on their location, so emailing the instructor ahead of time is always encouraged!
Basic Tai Chi: Mondays, 9:30-10:15am in Multi-Purpose Room
This group meets on a continuing basis to practice together and is for people who have some experience with the sun style tai chi program.
Basic/Beginner Tai Chi:
Yang 24 Tai Chi: Mondays, 11-11:45am in Aspire Studio
The most popular tai chi form practiced today - a flowing series of graceful movements bring awareness to body and mind. Participants will enjoy improved strength, flexibility, and wellbeing.
Sun 73: Wednesdays, 9:30-10:15am in Multi-Purpose Room
This group meets weekly to practice the Sun 73 form. Most participants have some previous Tai Chi experience.
New/Beginner Sun 73: Wednesdays, 10:45-11:30 in Multi-Purpose Room
For those people interested in learning this form who may have little to no prior Tai Chi experience.
